More 5 Star Reviews for Hoaxes!!

Here are a couple more reviews to motivate those of you who have not yet read Hoaxes- Roswell, UFOs, and International Espionage. I am averaging 4.7 out of 5 stars for all of my reviews.

5 Stars. Reviewed by Tina S., June 15, 2018: In this colorful coming of age tale, you will feel as if you were right there with the characters and their journey through an unexpected series of events. With vivid detail, the author does an outstanding job of carrying you along on a wild ride through suspenseful twists and turns that keep you guessing.

5 Stars. Reviewed by Portland night owl, May 18, 2018: I loved this book, plain and simple. The plot revolves around aliens which I love and had a great feel to it with the kids interacting in an honest believable way. As a kid growing up with “Stand By Me”, “Goonies”, “Monster Squad” and other films in that genre it was nice to get that feeling from a book. It’s well written and has some good twists to the story. I am awaiting a sequel and will be looking forward to future releases by Schneider.

I hope this entices those of you who are still planning to download and read my novel. And if you do, please be sure to write a review at the site where you purchased Hoaxes.

Your review will help to promote the book to a wider audience and make it a success.

Much Thanks,

Two Books from the Novel Hoaxes

If you have read Hoaxes- Roswell, UFOs, and International Espionage then you know how important these books are to it. I found the one on the right at a bookstore in Lincoln City a while ago. I just found the second here at the festival. Big find! Both are first editions printed back when my novel takes place in 1966.

For those who don’t know, these books help provide the seed that drives the kids to pull their hoax, which goes terribly wrong. Little do they realize this is the catalyst that drives them to uncover a long buried secret.

Hoaxes is now published on Amazon

Kindle readers can now find Hoaxes on Amazon. Hoaxes- Roswell, UFOs and International Espionage, is the new novel by Schneider. It takes place in 1966 where three teenagers discover debris from the famous UFO crash that took place outside Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. The US Air Force and Russian KGB know about it, and will do any thing to get it.

Reviewers say, “I couldn’t put it down.” Read more about this thrilling adventure by Schneider using the following link to the book: Amazon Hoaxes

Hoaxes is Featured on Scribd

It is nice to see that Scribd knows good writing.

While researching topics for my website I came across the article 6 Things to know about the Roswell UFO Incident on The Travel Channel’s Expeditions Unknown website. I was quite shocked to see my novel HOAXES featured in an ad for Scribd on the page.

It also appeared in another location lower in the article.

And when I clicked on the book image, I was taken to a Scribd site promoting their reader service and featuring HOAXES again. The WOW! factor definitely kicked in because I had no idea it was there and had nothing to do with it.

HOAXES- The Novel

It is 1966. You have pieces of wreckage from the UFO crash that happened outside Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. The Air Force and KGB will do anything to get it…
…and you are a young girl trying everything you can to fulfill your father’s last wish.

Mel has just moved in next door. She likes wearing sleeveless t-shirts, jeans, and converse tennis shoes, and throws a really mean curve ball, but that doesn’t stop Frankie from falling for her.

It is the summer of 1966 and there have been a rash of UFO sightings all over the country. Together, with their friend Beanie, they plan a hoax to make a fake UFO and launch it over Oswego Lake. But it all goes really bad, catching a tree and a house on fire. They know they are in big trouble, but before anyone finds out what they did, some really strange things happen. There are UFO sightings in the area, a reported nearby landing, and the apparent abduction of the neighbor from the very house they burned. It all becomes national news and throws the little town of Lake Oswego into a frenzy.

How could all this start from just their stupid, little hoax? Mel, Frankie, and Beanie have to find out. Each clue helps them to uncover how Mel’s father really died, and why. It sets them on a path to a discovery that involves the most famous UFO crash in history, the United States Air Force, and international espionage. Every step leads the kids toward unearthing a long-kept secret that puts them in great danger.

Readers say that if you liked the kids in the Harry Potter series, Netflix’s Stranger Things, or the boys in Stephen King’s Stand By Me, then you had better join Mel, Frankie, and Beanie on their mysterious quest in Hoaxes.

Read my book, then ask yourself–is this just a novel, or could it really have happened?
